Abstract

This study aims to determine how the quality of service in the current information era is carried out at the Regional Library and Archives Office of Karawang Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method using a case study method carried out through interviews with the head of the library, 3 librarians and one archivist in the Karawang Regency Library and Archives. Based on the results of the interviews that have been conducted, it can be concluded that the Regional Library and Archives of Karawang Regency wants to provide quality services in disseminating information in the current information age..
